AI Analysis & Chat

New Analysis takes your business type, team size, the challenges you pick (bottlenecks, long walking, WIP, etc.), anything you type in your own words, and an optional photo or sketch — a photo helps most with layout and motion waste since the AI can actually see your space.

Nothing is required to run it, but a short description plus a photo generally gives the sharpest result. You can re-run as many times as your plan allows if you want to add more detail afterwards.

Every analysis always shows your real waste findings (ranked by estimated cost), plain-English root causes, and each recommendation's title and principle — that diagnosis is never hidden or blurred, whatever plan you're on.

What a paid plan adds is the execution layer: each recommendation's full step-by-step instructions, its exact expected productivity gain and € saving, and the analysis's overall exact ROI numbers (free accounts see a rough range instead of an exact figure).

"Save to my account" keeps the full result — you'll find it later on your Dashboard under Recent AI analyses. There's no separate detail page to reopen a saved analysis yet, but the dashboard shows its key numbers and waste findings at a glance.

On a paid plan, each recommendation on a saved analysis gets an "Add to Kaizen board" button, turning it into a real tracked card instead of something you'd otherwise forget about.

AI Industrial Engineer is an ongoing conversation, separate from a one-off analysis — ask about takt time, 5S, bottlenecks, or anything specific to your situation. Conversations are saved automatically; "New chat" starts a fresh one, and "Past conversations" lets you reopen any earlier thread exactly where you left it.

You can attach a photo to any message (the paperclip icon) if it helps to show what you mean — the AI can see it and respond to that specific turn. Older photos from earlier in the same conversation aren't re-sent on every later message, to keep things efficient; the AI's own earlier reply already captured what mattered from it.

If you analysed a photo of your space, "Recreate this layout" opens the Layout Designer with that same photo as a low-opacity trace-over layer behind the grid — so you can rebuild it to scale over a real reference instead of starting from nothing.
