Sign up with your name, work email and a password — no card required for the free plan. We also ask for a WhatsApp number so we can send account and order updates there; it's never used for anything else.

You'll get a verification email straight after signing up. You can use the product before verifying, but verify when you get a chance — some account changes (like changing your email again later) reset verification until you confirm the new address.

Free gives you 2 AI analyses to try the tool properly — you'll see the real diagnosis (waste findings, root causes, high-level suggestions) but not the exact step-by-step plan or ROI numbers. You can also build and save Layout Designer drawings for free, just without exporting them.

Pro (€89/mo, or €890/yr for roughly two months free) unlocks 300 AI actions a month, the full step-by-step implementation plan and exact ROI numbers on every analysis, all export formats in the Designer, version history, and the Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) board. Team (€199/mo or €1,990/yr) includes everything in Pro at a higher tier — multi-seat access is on the way but not live yet, so today it behaves the same as Pro under the hood.

Head to New Analysis, answer a few plain-English questions (type of business, team size, what feels slow or messy) or upload a photo/sketch of your space — nothing is required, but the more you give it, the sharper the result.

You'll get a real diagnosis immediately: waste findings ranked by cost, plain-English root causes, and high-level recommendations. Save it to your account to come back to later, or keep going and ask the AI Industrial Engineer follow-up questions directly.

Layout Designer is for actually drawing your floor to scale, dragging in machines/benches/storage etc., and connecting stations to see real travel distances. AI Industrial Engineer is an ongoing chat for questions as they come up — you can attach a photo there too.

Once you're on a paid plan, the Continuous Improvement board turns your analysis recommendations into real tracked cards you can drag through Identified → In Progress → Done, instead of a report you read once and forget.
